The Registration/Admission form are available in the office on all working days. Admission /Registration form should be filled in and signed by the parents only. If neither of the parents is alive nor present, only the lawful guardian of the child is allow to sigh the form.

Special attention must be paid while entering the name and date of birth of the child in the Registration form, as subsequent change will not be permitted.

Admission to Play School is open throughout the year for any child of age2+. In the Registration for admission to Nur, the child should be between 3/1.2 to 4/1.2 years of age on 1st April of the year in which admission is sought.
